Tradeloggy EA Use Agreement

1. Test Before Using Real Money

Tradeloggy EA is provided as a risk-management and trade-journaling tool. Before using the EA with a live trading account or real funds, you should first test it carefully on a demo or other suitable testing environment and confirm that it behaves as expected with your broker, trading platform, account configuration, and trading rules.

Do not rely on the EA without understanding and verifying its behavior.

2. Your Responsibility

You remain fully responsible for your trading decisions, account settings, lot sizes, risk configuration, stop-loss settings, broker or prop-firm rules, monitoring your trading platform and EA, deciding whether the EA is suitable for your account, and any financial gains, losses, account violations, or other consequences resulting from your trading activity.

Tradeloggy does not guarantee that the EA will prevent every loss, trading mistake, platform failure, network problem, broker issue, synchronization problem, or prop-firm violation.

The EA does not provide trading signals, predict market direction, or make discretionary trading decisions for you.

3. Risk Protection Warnings

The Tradeloggy EA may warn you when it detects conditions that conflict with your configured protection rules or the Tradeloggy EA system. Warnings are intended to help you identify potential problems. They do not transfer responsibility for your trading account to Tradeloggy. You are responsible for reviewing and responding appropriately to warnings.

4. System Abuse and Three-Warning Rule

You must not intentionally misuse, manipulate, bypass, attack, reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse the Tradeloggy EA, its authentication system, account protections, APIs, connection limits, or related services.

• First warning: You will be notified of the violation and asked to stop.
• Second warning: You will receive a final warning and may have some EA functionality temporarily restricted.
• Third warning: Tradeloggy may suspend or revoke your EA access or connection.

Tradeloggy may take immediate action without three warnings where necessary to protect users, accounts, infrastructure, security, or the integrity of the service from serious abuse, fraud, attacks, or attempted security circumvention.

5. The EA Is Free

The official Tradeloggy EA is provided by Tradeloggy free of charge. Access to the EA does not give you ownership of the software or the right to commercially exploit it.

6. Ownership

Tradeloggy is a product of Zetemora. The Tradeloggy EA, its software, branding, systems, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the property of Tradeloggy and its owner/operator, Zetemora. Permission to use the EA is a limited right to use the official software under this agreement. It is not a transfer of ownership.

7. No Selling or Monetizing the EA

You may not, without written authorization from Tradeloggy, sell the Tradeloggy EA; charge another person for access; rent or sublicense it; include it in a paid trading package or membership; rebrand or rename it as your own product; claim that you created or own it; commercially redistribute it; sell Tradeloggy account access or EA connection credentials; modify or distribute it for commercial purposes; or use Tradeloggy or Zetemora branding in a way that falsely suggests authorization, partnership, or endorsement.

You may tell other traders that the official Tradeloggy EA exists and direct them to obtain it through the official Tradeloggy service. Nobody should have to pay a third party to obtain the official Tradeloggy EA.

8. Account and Connection Security

Your Tradeloggy EA connection and authentication credentials are intended for your authorized use. You must not intentionally share, sell, transfer, manipulate, or expose credentials in a way that bypasses Tradeloggy account or connection controls. Tradeloggy may revoke compromised, fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive connections.

9. No Profit or Performance Guarantee

Tradeloggy does not guarantee trading profits, successful trades, specific risk outcomes, prop-firm payouts, prevention of account losses, or continuous or error-free EA operation. Risk-management tools can reduce certain operational risks, but they cannot eliminate trading risk.

10. Broker and Prop-Firm Rules

Different brokers, exchanges, platforms, and proprietary trading firms may have different rules regarding Expert Advisors, automated risk-management tools, trade modifications, or account activity. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the Tradeloggy EA complies with the rules applicable to your trading account.

11. Suspension or Termination

Tradeloggy may restrict, suspend, or terminate EA access when reasonably necessary because of security threats, fraud or attempted fraud, unauthorized resale, commercial redistribution, account or authentication abuse, attempts to bypass protection systems, or serious or repeated violations of this agreement. Normal trading losses alone are not considered abuse of the Tradeloggy EA.

12. Acceptance

By selecting I Agree and Continue, you confirm that:

1. You understand that you should test the EA before using it with real money.
2. You accept responsibility for your trading account and trading decisions.
3. You understand that the EA does not guarantee profits or prevent every loss.
4. You agree not to abuse or intentionally bypass the Tradeloggy EA system.
5. You understand Tradeloggy warning and enforcement rules.
6. You understand that the Tradeloggy EA is provided free of charge.
7. You agree not to sell, rent, rebrand, sublicense, commercially redistribute, or otherwise monetize the Tradeloggy EA without written authorization from Tradeloggy.
8. You acknowledge that Tradeloggy is a product of Zetemora and that the Tradeloggy EA remains the property of Tradeloggy and its owner/operator.
