Security and data privacy should be clear. This page explains how Tradeloggy approaches account protection, access controls, data handling, monitoring, and user privacy without claiming that any online service can be perfectly secure.
Account security
Tradeloggy uses authenticated sessions, protected application routes, authorization checks, and available account security features to help reduce unauthorized access.
Authentication controls
Users can use available security features such as Multi Factor Authentication and Passkeys where supported. Credentials and connection keys should always be kept private.
Protected user data
Trading records, journal entries, account information, screenshots, and related data are processed only as needed to provide the features a user chooses to use.
Access controls
Access to production systems and operational resources is limited to authorized people and systems that need access for legitimate operational responsibilities.
Data privacy
Tradeloggy does not sell or rent personal information or trading data for advertising. We aim to limit collection and processing to information needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Security monitoring
Security logging, monitoring, rate limiting, and other safeguards may be used to detect suspicious activity, abuse, technical failures, and potential security incidents.
How Tradeloggy uses data
We use account and trading information to provide journaling, analytics, reports, account tracking, imports, support, security, and features you choose to use.
Some features may use third party infrastructure or AI providers when needed to perform a requested function. We aim to send only information reasonably necessary for that function.
Uploaded files, screenshots, and imported trading records may be stored and processed as part of your Tradeloggy account. Do not upload passwords, private API keys, EA connection keys, or other authentication secrets.
Your control
You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, and EA connection keys. Enable available security features and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information.
