Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Tradeloggy processes, why we use it, how it may be handled by service providers, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
When you create or use a Tradeloggy account, we may process your name, email address, profile information, authentication and session information, preferences, language settings, and other information you choose to provide. We also process the trading information you record or import, including accounts, trades, instruments, prices, profit and loss, risk information, notes, strategies, playbooks, journal entries, screenshots, files, checklists, psychology records, and related trading data.
2. Tradeloggy EA and MT5 Data
If you use Tradeloggy EA with MetaTrader 5, we may process technical and trading information needed to establish and maintain the connection. This can include your Tradeloggy account identifier, selected trading account identifier, MT5 login number, broker or trading server, connection and synchronization status, EA version, timestamps, risk settings, trade management events, closed trade records, and technical error information. Tradeloggy does not require your MT5 master password as part of the normal EA connection process.
3. Technical, Security, and Support Information
We may process IP address, browser or device information, session and authentication events, request metadata, error logs, rate-limit events, and signals used to detect abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, or security threats. If you contact support, we may retain your messages, email address, attachments, and information required to investigate and respond.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure Tradeloggy, authenticate users, maintain journals and trading records, provide analytics and reports, support Tradeloggy EA and MT5 synchronization, apply user configured risk and trade management settings, process imports, provide AI assisted features you choose to use, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. AI Features
Some Tradeloggy features may use artificial intelligence to analyze information you provide or information stored in your account. Relevant information may be processed by third party AI service providers when necessary to perform the feature you request. AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete and are not financial advice. We seek to limit information sent to providers to what is reasonably necessary for the requested function.
6. Files, Screenshots, and Imports
Files and screenshots you upload may be stored using cloud infrastructure and associated with your account. Imported trading information may be validated, normalized, rejected, or ignored when it is malformed, incompatible, duplicated, or unsafe to process. Do not upload passwords, private API keys, EA connection keys, authentication secrets, or information you do not have permission to process.
7. Service Providers
Tradeloggy uses service providers for functions such as hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, storage, email delivery, security, analytics, artificial intelligence, and other technical operations. These providers may process limited information needed to provide their services. Tradeloggy does not sell or rent personal information or trading data for advertising.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, preferences, and basic service functionality. Where analytics are used, they may help us understand reliability and aggregate product usage. See the Cookie Policy for additional information.
9. Data Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information, including authentication, authorization controls, encrypted network connections, access controls, and security monitoring. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, and EA connection keys and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Service, maintain operational records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect Tradeloggy and its users. Different categories of information may have different retention periods. When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it as appropriate.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other lawful purposes.
12. International Processing
Tradeloggy and its service providers may process information using infrastructure located in countries different from the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international processing and transfers.
13. Children’s Privacy
Tradeloggy is not designed for people who are not legally permitted to enter into the agreements required to use the Service. If we learn that information was collected from a person who cannot lawfully use the Service, we may restrict the account and remove information where required.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Tradeloggy, legal requirements, or our data practices change. Material changes may require additional notice or renewed acceptance. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
