• Interfere with the availability, stability, integrity, or performance of the Service.

• Use the Service in any manner that may damage Tradeloggy, its users, or its infrastructure.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Enabling available security features, including Multi-Factor Authentication (2FA) and Passkeys.
• Keeping your account information accurate and current.
• Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
• All activities conducted under your account.

Accounts may not be shared with other individuals.

5. AI Features

When using AI-powered features available through the Service, you agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate or exploit AI systems.
• Circumvent AI usage limits or platform restrictions.
• Use AI to generate unlawful or malicious content.
• Use AI in a manner that harms the Service or other users.
• Represent AI-generated responses as professional financial, legal, tax, investment, or medical advice.

Use of AI features is also governed by our AI Usage Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, algorithms, AI systems, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, graphics, documentation, content, and other materials provided through the Service are owned by Tradeloggy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly authorized, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

You must not attempt to compromise or interfere with the security of the Service.

Responsible security disclosures should be reported directly to us.

8. Fair Use

To ensure a reliable experience for all users, we may implement reasonable limits on platform usage, including limits relating to AI features, APIs, storage, bandwidth, and other computing resources.

Activities that unreasonably impact the availability, stability, or performance of the Service may be restricted.

9. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy or any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, availability, or operation of the Service.

Where we reasonably determine that a violation has occurred, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice where appropriate:

• Revoke API access, authentication tokens, AI access, platform credits, or other Service privileges.

• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.
• Recover losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious activities, where permitted by applicable law.
• Initiate civil legal proceedings or pursue any other legal remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy limits our right to seek injunctive relief, monetary damages, or any other remedies available under applicable law.

Accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, unauthorized access, security abuse, or other material violations of this Policy may lose access to the Service.
