Terms of Service
Effective August 11, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tradeloggy. By creating an account or continuing to use Tradeloggy after being asked to accept these Terms, you agree to them and to any feature specific terms that apply to features you choose to use.
1. About Tradeloggy
Tradeloggy is a trading journal and performance management platform designed to help users record, organize, review, and analyze their own trading activity. Features may include journaling, analytics, reports, trading psychology tools, AI assisted features, prop firm tracking, data imports, MetaTrader 5 integration, and Tradeloggy EA. Features may change over time.
2. No Financial Advice
Tradeloggy does not provide investment advice, financial advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, trade signals, or guarantees of trading performance. Analytics, statistics, AI generated information, historical reviews, risk calculations, and other information are provided for informational, organizational, and educational purposes. You remain responsible for your trading decisions, positions, risk, losses, profits, broker selection, prop firm participation, and compliance obligations. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Tradeloggy EA
Tradeloggy EA is a MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor designed to support user configured risk management, supported trade management functionality, and trade journaling. It does not determine market direction, provide entry signals, choose trades, or operate as a discretionary strategy. You control your trading decisions and settings. You must also accept any Tradeloggy EA Use Agreement presented before using the EA. If an EA specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the EA specific agreement applies to the EA feature to the extent of that conflict.
4. Broker and Prop Firm Rules
Before using Tradeloggy EA, you are responsible for confirming whether your broker, prop firm, funded account provider, or trading platform permits Expert Advisors and the automated trade management functions you intend to use. Rules may cover automated trading, automated stop management, news trading, copy trading, position holding, lot size, daily loss, maximum drawdown, consistency requirements, prohibited strategies, or other restrictions. Tradeloggy does not guarantee that any broker or prop firm permits Tradeloggy EA.
5. Test Before Real Money Use
You should test Tradeloggy EA and your selected configuration in a controlled demo environment before relying on it with real or funded capital. Verify connection status, risk calculations, stop loss behavior, break even behavior, synchronization, and relevant settings. If the EA behaves unexpectedly, shows a connection problem, fails to load settings, or otherwise appears unreliable, stop relying on it until the issue is understood.
6. Technology and Execution Risks
Tradeloggy and Tradeloggy EA rely on technology that may fail or become temporarily unavailable. Problems may result from internet connectivity, MetaTrader 5, your computer or VPS, broker or prop firm infrastructure, market conditions, WebRequest configuration, service provider outages, Tradeloggy systems, incorrect user settings, software defects, or other causes. Broker execution, spread, slippage, commissions, swaps, symbol specifications, price gaps, server latency, and other trading conditions can affect outcomes. Automated controls cannot eliminate trading risk.
7. User Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining an account. You are responsible for protecting your password, authentication methods, devices, EA connection keys, and other credentials. Promptly notify Tradeloggy if you suspect unauthorized access or credential exposure. You may not sell, transfer, rent, or improperly share access to your Tradeloggy account.
8. User Data and Content
You retain ownership of trading records, notes, screenshots, files, and other content you submit. You grant Tradeloggy a limited right to host, process, reproduce, transform, and display that information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload and process content you provide.
9. AI Features
Tradeloggy may provide AI assisted features. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect interpretations. AI features must not be treated as guaranteed factual conclusions, trade signals, investment advice, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate for your situation.
10. Imports and External Data
Tradeloggy may allow you to import trading information from supported files, platforms, or data formats. You are responsible for checking imported information for accuracy. Tradeloggy may reject, normalize, ignore, or flag data that is unsupported, malformed, duplicated, inconsistent, or considered unsafe. Import functionality does not guarantee that every external format or record can be accurately interpreted.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not access another user’s information without authorization, bypass authentication or security controls, attack or intentionally disrupt the Service, distribute malicious code, abuse Tradeloggy APIs or infrastructure, use stolen credentials, defeat EA licensing or security controls, resell or redistribute Tradeloggy EA without authorization, impersonate Tradeloggy, or use the Service for unlawful activity. Additional requirements may apply under the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Tradeloggy Intellectual Property
Tradeloggy software, interfaces, branding, designs, documentation, EA software, trademarks, and other proprietary materials belong to their applicable owner or licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no ownership rights are transferred. Your right to use Tradeloggy EA is limited to use in accordance with these Terms and the EA Use Agreement. You may not resell, rebrand, sublicense, or present Tradeloggy EA as your own product without authorization.
13. Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, restrict, replace, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, service provider failures, technical problems, updates, or other circumstances may temporarily affect access.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Tradeloggy, third parties, or the security and integrity of the Service. Reasons may include serious or repeated violations of these Terms, abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, attempts to bypass security controls, misuse of Tradeloggy EA, or unlawful activity. Where appropriate and feasible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
15. Third Party Services
Tradeloggy may depend on third party services such as hosting providers, databases, authentication systems, AI providers, email providers, MetaTrader 5, brokers, prop firms, and other infrastructure. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms and policies. Tradeloggy is not responsible for changes made independently by those third parties.
16. No Guarantee of Results
Tradeloggy does not guarantee profits, funded account success, payouts, reduced losses, improved trading performance, or any particular trading result. Tools intended to improve discipline or risk management can support a process but cannot eliminate human error, technical failure, broker execution risk, or market risk.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tradeloggy is provided on an available and as is basis. We do not promise that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with every broker or platform, or suitable for every user’s circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tradeloggy and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Tradeloggy is not responsible for trading losses merely because Tradeloggy, an AI feature, analytics, or Tradeloggy EA was used in connection with a trade. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
19. Privacy
Your use of Tradeloggy is also governed by the Tradeloggy Privacy Policy.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, legal requirements, security requirements, or business practices change. Material changes may require additional notice or renewed acceptance. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
